Purpose of Collected Data
Recruitment Candidates:
You may submit your job application to us by email at juho.jokiniitty@paretosoftware.fi. During the recruitment process, we collect and process the following information from job applicants:
- Name and contact details
- Education and professional skills
- CV
- LinkedIn profile (if provided)
- Any other information provided by the applicant, such as a cover letter, references, and salary expectations
The data of job applicants is processed for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process and selecting a suitable candidate. Job applicant data is handled confidentially, and access is restricted to those directly involved in the recruitment process. Information collected during the recruitment process will be removed six (6) months after the recruitment process ends.
Clients:
During the client relationship, we collect and process the following information:
- Name and contact details
- Position and organization-related information
- Communication and marketing preferences
- Billing information
We do not disclose any information to third parties without consent, unless required by law or a regulatory order. Information may be shared with service providers who process data on our behalf, such as billing service providers. We store collected data as long as necessary for managing the customer relationship, fulfilling legals obligations, or for marketing purposes with the client's consent.
Cookies and Analytics
We do not use cookies on our website. For website analytics, we use Plausible Analytics, a GDPR-compliant service. Plausible Analytics does not use cookies or collect any personally identifiable information. All analytics data is securely stored on European servers. This data is used solely to monitor and improve our website traffic and provide a better user experience.
Data Storage Period
We store job applicant data for six (6) months after the recruitment process ends. With the applicant's consent, we may store the data for a longer period for potential future opportunities.
Data collected during the client relationship is stored as long as necessary. We regularly review the necessity of the data and delete any information that is no longer justified to store.
User Rights
Users have the right to review the data collected by Pareto, as well as to request the correction or deletion of their data. Users also have the right to make other requests under data protection laws, such as restricting data processing. Additionally, users have the right to opt out of having their data used for newsletters or other direct marketing.
We kindly ask that any such requests be sent by email to privacy@paretosoftware.fi.
