The Pareto principle is named after the Italian mathematician Vilfredo Pareto, and succinctly it means “in many situations, 20% of the factors determine 80% of the results”. We have also adopted this model, also called the 80/20 rule, as a guiding principle in our everyday life and software projects.
As in the world in general, focusing on and investing in essential and meaningful things brings the majority of the desired results in a software consulting company. We focus on and invest in creating value for our clients as well as the well-being and expertise of our colleagues.

The Pareto team was founded by Juha Latvala and Juho Jokiniitty in 2023. Together, they have a diverse experience in the software industry and consulting, so the essential things have been familiar for years.
Juha has previously been involved in founding the software company Intopalo and the AI-based diagnostic solutions company Neuro Event Labs Ltd, as well as leading technology organizations in several different countries.
Juho is an experienced sales and business expert who has previously worked in the software industry in sales and management roles in both product and consulting companies.
