We are looking for new professionals to join Pareto’s journey
Pareto is a rapidly growing software consultancy company focusing on essentials. Our first fiscal year ended at the turn of the year, with a turnover exceeding €2.3 million.
Our growth has been fast. We currently have over 30 experienced software professionals on our team, and we plan to recruit significantly more this year. We are expanding our team of top talent and invite you, an experienced Web Developer, to join Pareto!
What will you do?
In this role:
- You will typically work on our clients’ product development, most likely as a developer, but occasionally as an architect or technical mentor when needed.
- You will participate in diverse projects across various industries, such as finance, technology, manufacturing, process industries, food production, retail, and public administration. The common factor is the need for Pareto’s strong expertise in software development.
- You’ll have the opportunity to directly influence client projects, technological solutions, and best practices.
- You’ll be a shareholder, helping to build Pareto’s growth story!
We expect from you
- Strong technical expertise – You are proficient in frontend technologies like React, Vue.js, or Angular, as well as backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or similar. You are also familiar with various databases and integrations. Additionally, you have experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- At least 8 years of experience in web development and software development projects.
- Ability to work with clients – You can communicate technical concepts from a business perspective.
- Passion for high-quality code – Maintainability, testability, and DevOps practices are a natural part of your workflow.
